A-Z Paperwork is a dynamic family business founded on the Canary Island of Lanzarote in 1995 by Guy Buske, who, after many years of working in real estate on the island, realized the potential in offering a multitude of services to foreigners, guiding them through the bureaucratic system in Spain. The business very quickly flourished and expanded and in 2005 Guy decided to enroll his sister Jill in the business and she consequently opened up the Alicante branch of A-Z Paperwork. This branch was soon to become just as busy, with Alicante being such a cosmopolitan city, and with many foreigners buying and selling properties in the area and requiring assistance with the, at times, daunting Spanish bureaucracy.
With the rapid expansion of the company, Guy and Jill realized the importance of incorporating a team of independent professionals to deal with the requirements of the clients in matters of taxation, legal advice, and additional services such as sworn translations. Consequently they selected a team of qualified, reliable collaborators to deal with these specialized matters. Both Guy and Jill personally deal with all matters related to immigration, property conveyancing, wills, donations and inheritances, all traffic department issues, and assisting with the obtention of health cover in Spain. They are committed to their clients, who receive personalized attention at all times, and both brother and sister take pride in looking after their clients year after year, making sure that all their legal and international tax questions are handled with utmost efficiency.
The further expansion of the business is to take place with the forthcoming opening of a new branch of A-Z Paperwork in Barcelona in 2017, where there is also a huge number of foreign residents, requiring assistance with the above-mentioned paperwork. With our excellent reputation for reliability and consistency, our ability to communicate fluently in English, German, French and Spanish, and our international outlook to business, our clients can feel confident and relaxed leaving their paperwork issues with us, whilst they sit back and enjoy all those things that they really came to Spain for!
